Want to do something different and exciting while you are visiting Puerto Vallarta?
			The Essence of Cuisine Cooking School specializes in introducing visitors who are in Puerto Vallarta for vacation, but want to learn something outside of beach-time, to the food and customs of Mexico. Open classes are held 2-4 times each month, November through May. Private classes for groups of 8-12 students are also available with many different food themes and provide you the opportunity to customize the menu to your desire. The classes feature the  "demonstration" or "hands-on" (student choice) style of instruction and include a welcome beverage, appetizer, preparation instruction, a 4 course meal with dazzling place settings, and wine service throughout. A complete professional recipe/instructions packet is included. Classes start promptly at 6:30 PM and the school is located in Puerto Vallarta Old Town; Calle Pilitas 204, Condo 2B, just off Olas Altas. Telephone with VM is 222-7017. The school is located in a stunningly decorated private residence/condo and is very intimate and welcoming! This is a wonderful way to spend an evening with friends and/or make new friends. There is usually so much food that you literally stagger out of here. It is a very fun and exciting time.
